Our May "Cookie of the Month" is an orange truffle cookie...it's a soft orange cookie with a yummy orange glaze; we have two versions, one has a dark blue glaze drizzled on it, to support our hometown university's colors, orange and blue, and the other version has a chocolate drizzle, because, as always, who doesn't like chocolate! And orange and chocolate together....divine!  We can't think of a better way to warm us from the chill outside! Enjoy!
